Pickup at 8 AM from your Dubrovnik hotel or the Gruž cruise port. Two passport stamps and you’re in Bosnia by 9:30. We start at Kravica Waterfall (1.5 hours for swimming and photos in summer, or stay longer if you like — that’s the private-tour benefit), drive on to Počitelj for the medieval fortress climb and the Ottoman village. Lunch at the Kravica park restaurant or in Pocitelj. Quick Blagaj Tekija stop at the 600-year-old dervish house at the Buna spring. Then 1.5 hours at Mostar’s Stari Most — the bridge, the bazaar, the divers if conditions allow.

Kravica Waterfall — 1.5 hours
Bosnia's largest waterfall — 100 m wide, 30 m tall, swimmable pool. Bring towel + swimsuit. Park entry €10 paid on site.
Pocitelj — Ottoman hilltop village
60 minutes climbing the medieval fortress for the Neretva valley view. Pomegranate juice in season (Sep–Oct).
Blagaj Tekija — quick stop
30 minutes at the 600-year-old dervish house at the source of the Buna river.
Mostar Old Town + Stari Most
1.5 hours — Stari Most photos, Old Bazaar walk, bridge divers if conditions allow. Drop-off here for one-way option.

Do I need a passport?
Yes — passport mandatory (not just an ID card). We cross 2 borders: Croatia → BiH at Neum or Klek, BiH → Croatia on return. Crossings 10–15 min each. EU passports get stamps. US/UK/AU/CA visa-free for 90 days. ID card alone won't work even for EU citizens.
How long is the actual drive?
Direct: 2.5 hours each way via Neum. Our day trip stretches it to 12 hours by adding 5 stops (Kravica, Pocitelj, Blagaj, Mostar Old Town, optional lunch). Each stop 30–90 minutes — never rushed.
Is this a round trip or can I be dropped off in Mostar?
Either — same price. **Round trip**: pickup in Dubrovnik, all stops, drop-off back in Dubrovnik by 20:00. **One-way**: drop-off at your Mostar hotel by ~17:30 (perfect if you're staying in Mostar). Tell us at booking which option.
Can we swim at Kravica?
Yes — June–September is best (water 16–18 °C). Bring swimsuit, towel, water shoes (rocks are slippery). Bathing facilities and changing cabins on site. Off-season swimming is for the brave.
Where do you pick up in Dubrovnik?
Any hotel, apartment, or villa in central Dubrovnik or the cruise port (Gruž). Cavtat and Slano on request — small surcharge (€20 per group). Address confirmed at booking.
Is the tour suitable for kids?
